Sanctum Clubhouse is envisioned as the heart of a 108-acre self-sustaining farmland community located 5 kilometers from Chevella along the Chevella–Vikarabad highway near Hyderabad. Positioned at the highest point of the development, the clubhouse commands panoramic views and establishes a strong visual and spatial connection with the entire community. The design is conceived as a series of geometric volumes arranged in a radial layout, with a central exhibition space forming the nucleus. Around this core, spaces are organized both horizontally and vertically to clearly define public and private zones based on access and function.

From the moment of entry, the design offers uninterrupted vantage points across the reception and party zones, crafting varied experiential moments throughout. A private party area is enclosed with a lawn and flanked by dining spaces for a sense of seclusion. To the west, recreational and sports facilities form a buffer, separating active zones from quieter public and private areas. The ground floor houses public spaces wrapped around the central core, with private functions at the front and administrative spaces centrally located. On the upper level, an infinity pool, restaurant, and bar loop around the structure, offering multiple points of access and fluid circulation. Crowning the clubhouse is a semi-open rooftop party space with sweeping views of the entire Sanctum development, embodying the project's philosophy of peaceful, integrated living close to nature.
